When clients have a longer term need for specific technical help, CECON can arrange for contract employment to help the client eliminate the bottleneck and increase work flow. CECON handles all the paperwork for the employee and the clients are responsible for their work assignment and time allocations
Companies utilize contract technical employment from CECON when:
- Immediate staffing of technical expertise is required for more than a standard amount of time associated with a consulting assignment;
- When retired employees are needed to return to a former employer to meet certain work requirements.
- If a client needs a new skill set for an extended period of time; for example, an expert to prepare a NDA for a new drug, or specialized analytical chemist to fill a 3 to 6 month special testing assignment.
Contract Employment Requiring a Facilities Clearance
CECON has a Facilities Manager and clearance under the Department of Defense guidelines to supply cleared personnel to companies that require workers to have a DOD clearance at the secret level. CECON can obtain security clearances for individuals that are not currently cleared, or CECON can accept transfer of cleared people from other companies or agencies.
