Our consultants have dealt with everything from hazardous chemical and biological products to mechanical systems and material failure. "Failure to Warn," inadequate labeling, and inappropriate inclusion of toxic chemicals form the basis of many of these cases. Familiarity with government regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.) was often critical to the success of our clients' litigation.
Forensic Engineering
