For longer term work assignments CECON will work with companies to contract technical specialists that help meet extra heavy work loads, contract requirements and goals, or to overcome bottle necks in the work schedule. CECON will work with the company to define contract employees that meet needed skill sets, geography requirements and budgets. In some cases companies use CECON services to hire back retired individuals from the company, thereby eliminating administrative costs and potential conflicts with retirement programs.
Facilities Clearance
CECON holds a Department of Defense facility clearance and employs a Facilities Security Officer (FSO). CECON can apply for individuals to have access to classified information and arrange for facilities clearances and visits. CECON can accept new consultants with facilities clearances and make them available for work if the need is justified.
