- Starts his career as a tradesperson and apprentice thereby giving him hands-on knowledge of specialty trades means and methods and related equipment operations.
- Embodies qualifications and experience, as a State Licensed Engineering contractor, in structural concrete means and methods as specified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI), the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), the Portland Cement Associations (PCA), the Precast Pre-stressed Concrete Insitiute (PCI) and other typical standards specific to concrete with in the industry.
- Possess hands-on and management experience which includes a general overview of other CSI divisions such as masonry, plaster (Three stage standard and single stage EIFS Systems), wood and metal framing, drywall as well as extensive knowledge in electro-mechanical and HVAC systems and steel construction.
- Has knowledge as an internationally licensed building inspector in building code, project safety applications, and interpretations per the UBC (Uniform Building Codes), IBC (International Building Codes) and similar AHJ's ( Authorities Having Jurisdiction).
- Has an extensive background in all aspects of construction administration including design build, A&E (Architectural and Engineering), estimating, scope of work, contracts, constructability review, purchasing, and scheduling and project managment.
- Serves as Expert Witness and Litigation Consultant for law firms, insurance companies and consulting groups all over the United States. Litigation arising out of workplace and non-workplace injury, construction defect and project administration protocols including but not limited to jobsite means and methods and federal and state safety requirements per the Department of Industrial Relations, labor law division and CALOSHA and FedOSHA.
- Specializes in amusement park incidents regarding guest injury, ride development, ride maintenance and operations.
- Writes IIPP Safety Manuals for multiple companies over the years including the Imagineering Department for Disney.
- Creates the original safety program for the special effects Imagineering group at Glendale, CA and was the Safety Administrator for the program.

- Over the past 4 decades worked as a lead consultant for such firms as The Round Table Group, INTOTA, The Forensis Group, IMS, Kevin Kennedy Associates Inc., and Bert Howe & Associates.
- Over the past 45 years, work has been 90% non-litigaion or pre-litigation in nature. Notable non-litigation project clients include: Disney West Coast, Disney Florida, Disney Japan, Macy's Corporate West Coast, Vinson & Thomas, and RCI Engineering.
- In 1994 works at Theme Park and Exhibits as he was responsible for the "Space Shuttle America" exhibit which was created in Los Angles and was installed at Magic Mountain Chicago.
- In 1996 interviewed and hired as an Imagineer for Disney Studios Glendale. Projects were developed from "Blue Sky" concept through multiple progressive stages of Ride Development including design mock up, testing to final manufacture, fabrication and then installed in Disney Parks all over the world. Most recent four projects for Disney were completed in 2013.
